SHOT Show 2014…Here It Comes

Live the Legend |

Each and every year, the National Shooting Sports Foundation hosts the SHOT Show. The Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade Show is the largest and most comprehensive trade show for all professionals involved with the shooting sports, hunting, and law enforcement industries. While the show is for the ‘trade’ industry, it’s an extremely important show for you the hunter-shooter.

First of all, the mission of NSSF is to promote, protect and preserve hunting and the shooting sports. This foundation was formed and launched in 1961, boasts a trade membership of more than 10,000 manufacturers, firearms retailers, shooting ranges, sportsmen’s organizations and publishers. In essence, NSSF fights every day for your rights to hunt and shoot. It brings the hunting and shooting industries together once a year, typically in Las Vegas, for the SHOT Show which attracts buyers from all 50 states and from more than 100 countries. You can see more on National Shooting Sports Foundation at nssf.org.

SHOT is an exciting time for your industry. Many new product concepts are developed at the show and are designed to help you become a better hunter-shooter. This year will be extremely interesting from the Winchester perspective. We will be filming from the show floor with many of our product managers, some of our TV series hosts, and pro-staffers. Video blogs will be posted every day from Monday, the 13th all the way through till Friday, the 17th. You will see blogs from the experts at Winchester as well as personal safety expert Rob Pincus, those turkey hunting fools the Drury brothers, and America’s favorite hunting couple, Lee and Tiffany. You will learn what’s new from Winchester in 2014 along with many helpful tips from pro-staffer experts devised to help you become a more seasoned and savvy hunter-shooter.
